AROLEINTHEXHOSATRAPPER: The Rise of a Young Xhosatrapstar In a small village called Embhutho in Tsolo, Eastern Cape, a young rising star is taking Eastern Cape's music industry by storm. Meet AROLEINTHEXHOSATRAPPER, a 16-year-old Xhosatrapstar who was born and raised in his village. This young artist is currently juggling schooling and his music career, but his passion and dedication to music are what sets him apart. AROLEIN began pursuing his dream at a very young age, recording songs using his smartphone because it was hard to find a recording studio in his village at that time. But despite being a laughingstock in his environment, he did not give up and continued to chase his dream, even when there was a lot of negativity around him. In 2020, his hard work paid off when he dropped his debut song “Friday Chill,” collaborating with Alvess. That song opened many doors for him as he started getting hit up by other artists, producers, and record labels. The journey hasn't been easy for AROLEIN, but he persisted and dropped many songs, including “No Cap” featuring Themba, “Kudala Ndabhala” featuring King4low, and “Money” featuring Alvess. His music career began accelerating, and he started getting more recognition. In his village, he is already considered a legend, and everyone is looking up to him. AROLEIN's music carries a message, motivating his listeners and healing broken souls. He expresses the truth as it is and gives respect to the streets and villages. For him, music is a gift from God, and he reveals his struggles through his songs. Music has also kept him away from negativity on the streets. His classmates inspire him to keep going, and he appreciates their support. AROLEIN's highlights include working with notable artists like Kenny the Pimp, King4low, Themba, Pablo Macassette, and others. However, his lowlights are that he does not get enough support and is underrated. According to AROLEIN, famous artists don't give upcoming artists a chance to showcase their talents, and everyone is hungry for money without doing what they're supposed to. Despite these challenges, AROLEIN is not giving up. He aims to continue making music, release his first debut EP, do more screen interviews and music videos, and feature many famous artists. AROLEINTHEXHOSATRAPPER is proof that talent can come from anywhere, and with hard work and dedication, one can reach great heights.
